Designs and ordering
Is every design available in English and Bangla?
Yes. Any design can be made fully in English or fully in Bangla. Switching the language changes every word, number and date.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. The preview updates as you type, as often as you like. Previews carry a watermark; you get clean files after payment.
Do you have designs for every faith?
Yes: weddings, birthdays, Puja, Eid, Christmas and more. No religious text is ever added for you. You can write your own blessing in the message if you wish.
Can you make a design just for us?
Yes, with the Sur Mesure (custom design) package. Our design team makes a new design only for you, with your ideas, colours and photos.
Payment
How do I pay?
After ordering you get your own page. Pay there by bKash Send Money and enter the Transaction ID, or pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Is it a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once per event. No subscription.
Can I get a refund?
If your files or link have not arrived within 72 hours of payment, you get a full refund. This rule does not cover Custom design, whose refund terms are agreed with you before work starts. Details are on our policies page.
Delivery and changes
How quickly will I get my files?
Usually within a few hours of payment. The invitation link switches on the moment you pay. For Custom design, you see the first design within 3 working days of payment.
What do I get in each plan?
Classique: a one-page poster image. Signature adds the video invitation and the link, where guests reply. Prestige adds the full planner, with replies ticked off your guest list. Sur Mesure (custom design) has all of that, with a design our design team makes only for you.
Can I change details later?
We correct the link for free until the event. Making a new video may carry a small charge.
Planner
Can my family use it too?
Yes. Share your planner link and everyone sees the same lists.
Do guests need an app to reply?
No. They open your invitation link and tap to reply.
Who can see our details?
Only you and the people you share your link with. Details are in our privacy policy.
Custom design
How does Custom design work?
Tell us your idea. Our design team calls you within 24 hours to talk it through. After payment you see the first design within 3 working days, then up to 3 rounds of changes.
What is included in Custom design?
A design made only for you, the poster, the full video invitation, the live link with guest replies and the planner: everything in Prestige, plus your own design.
How many changes can I ask for?
Up to 3 rounds of changes to the design. Spelling, date or venue fixes are free until the event day.
